This armoire is in great all round condition with only signs of wear and tear consistent with age, there is a repair to the top corner on one side that is pictured. If you have any questions please feel free to get in touch
 
Shipping
 
The shipping for this item is free and is threshold delivery. This means it will be delivered to the first dry area of your home and it will be your responsibilty to bring it in to your property the item will arrive in a wooden shipping crate and you will be required to do this as well as disposing of any debris.
There is an optoion to upgrade the delivery to white glove, this means the delivery team will arrive, remove the item from the shipping crate, bring it in to your house and remove the debris, this comes at an extra cost of $150, if you would like to include this please let me know.
