Condition
This armire is in great all round condition with only signs of wear and tear consistent with age. It has had a small repair on the back corner but nothing of signicance. If you have any questions please feel free to get in touch
 
Shipping
The shipping for this item is free and is threshold delivery which means it will be delivered to the first dry area of your home.  The item will arrive to you in a wooden shipping crate and it will be your responsibilty to unpack and take the item into your property.
 
There is an option to upgrade the delivery to white glove, this means the delivery team will arrive, remove the item from the shipping crate bring it in to your house and remove the debris, this comes at an extra cost of $150, if you would like to include this please let me know.
